Abraham-Hicks focus wheel exercise

In 2007 I found my first Abraham-Hicks book, Ask and it is Given, by Esther and Jerry Hicks, on the bottom shelf of the Anna Maria Island Public Library. Concepts surrounding the law of attraction were not new to me, but the way this book presented the information took me to a new level of understanding. I’ve been a fan since.

I created my own version of the focus wheel for you to use. The instructions are right on the PDF and I’ve also included a video here of Esther explaining the focus wheel. You can also do more than one if you feel the need to.

When to use a focus wheel

The focus wheel exercise is always handy whenever you are feeling “off” about anything. If you’re worried about an aspect of your business, do a focus wheel. If you’re discouraged at your progress, do a focus wheel. If you had a disappointing experience that put you in a poopy mood, do a focus wheel.

Whenever you’re feeling negative emotion and can’t shake it, a focus wheel will definitely release any fear or doubt you have as it neutralizes the thought.

The best part about a focus wheel is it is self coaching. You’re receiving direct guidance from your higher self as you work your way around the wheel. Make it fun, relax and enjoy the process of neutralizing those fears and worries.
