Listen to Season 7 of Simplify & Multiply

Before you even think about your first, or next book, and how it can build your business, please listen to Season 7 of my Simplify & Multiply podcast. It is focused on this exact topic, and you’ll hear from ghost writers, authors, speakers and publishers and learn their best practices and stories.

More to come

I’ll be adding a guide to this workshop (it’s in editing rounds right now) to help you figure out how a book can build your business as there are many different angles you can leverage.

In the meantime, start organizing your thoughts by creating an outline for your book. Consider these questions:

  • What will your reader get out of it?

  • What’s the motivation for the reader buying it?

  • How will they use it?

  • Write a letter to your reader explaining them all of those things and why you want them to read it and use it in their lives. This is a very clarifying exercise.

Depending on where you are in your writing journey, whether you’re considering your first book or getting your thoughts together for your next book, there’ll be many resources here to help guide you along the way.
