  • In your Service Level Agreement (SLA), it stipulates that when the full balance for any marketing creative is paid, all rights transfer to you, the client. We operate as a "work for hire" and do not hold you hostage because we create your marketing assets.

  • We know that many solopreneurs get taken advantage of by freelancers and website designers, leaving them high and dry after they do the initial work. That's not us. We are here to support you for as long as you need support, even after the work is done. As a result, we don't offer any formal guarantees. Our work and its performance speaks for itself.

  • Nope. Terry Pappy is a wildly creative, award-winning designer and writer and your strategy, guidance and assets are all done by Terry with a very personal touch. We may use AI to brainstorm ideas to save time—and your dime.

  • We accept personal/business checks, Zelle payments, and bank transfers.

  • We know as a fellow solopreneur that cashflow is important. Our payment plans are flexible, and typically require a small deposit followed by a schedule of monthly installments at zero interest. Whatever works to your budget and timeline.
