105: How I became a full-time solopreneur

In this episode, I walk you through how I started my current business as a full-time solopreneur back in 2006. Starting at the last corporate job I had, what happened with my job there, what I was dealing with in my personal life and how the universe stepped in and saved my butt. All because I set forth an intention to start my own business.

Episode prompt

  • Part 1: Put an intention out to the universe. Be clear, feel it in your belly. See it happening. Use visualization. Feel the emotions surrounding it and stay focused on your intention as if it’s already a reality.

  • Part 2: Keep your doubt in check. Don’t look for evidence of failure, or it not becoming reality, but remind yourself that it will come. Heighten your awareness around your intention and you will see signs. Focus on the right thing—your clear and pure intention!

Write about it, think about it, get yourself excited about your intention and stick with it. Things will open up and start showing up. Trust me.
