MSL 111 - How Two New Product Types Grew My Business

What if you were able to close more prospects. Get more wallet share from existing clients. What if you were known for something that would expand more of your services, almost in a turnkey fashion so you ended up being a one-stop shop? In the last episode I talked about how I converted my services into products. This episode, I talk about how there are two distinct categories of products—a gap product and a gateway product—that you can start using today to increase your ability to get more business from one client over the long term, and stop turning away prospects who may not quite be ready to work with you but do have a budget.

Episode prompt

Using the examples I provided in the show, make a list of ways you can create a gap product and define more clearly your gateway product (or products) so you can position yourself as a turnkey provider who solves more than one simple problem.
