You can journal, go for a walk, visualize at any opportune moment when you can deliberately focus your attention. Notice how you feel. Be open to inspired ideas that come to you. Pay attention to the emotions and keep your focus on what you want versus what you don’t want or fear. How you feel will tell you which you’re focused on.
