Instagram is owned by Facebook, so you’ll see linkages throughout Insta and FB. An Insta business account provides analytics on stories, posts and followers. Ads you create on FB can also be posted to your Insta account.

Make it Unique to You

As you know, I’m a huge advocate of a “business of YOU” which means the more you make your content, posts and stories unique to your personality and what you like, the better. If you enjoy posting and sharing and interacting with your followers, you’re more apt to post and be thinking of content ideas and asking your followers for ideas.

Insta is a highly visual channel, so use it for videos, quotes, how-tos, whatever helps your followers with their questions and problems. You’re there to be of service, help and guide them to a better experience in their life.

Throw in a few short blurb testimonials. Link to longer content on your site. Make offers. Run specials. Create content that inspires.

The key with social media is to be consistent. Once you “train” followers to your frequency, they will expect a regular diet of your content. Don’t let them down! 🍀
