MSL 108 - How My Business Model Better3 Came to Be
Sometimes it takes a few years to really dial in your brand, your model, your products, and how you position your solopreneur business. Better3 arose from a consistent experience working with my clients and seeing a repeated pattern of gaps. These gaps enabled me to isolate a model of services that drove results so I could evolve my positioning from a “work for hire freelancer by the hour” to a true consultant with real world solutions that clients want, but may not know how to articulate.
